Tomorrow's Present, LLC was founded by Erica Weber Whitmore to continue the vision inspired by the late Dr. Lisa-Marie Calderone-Stewart: the creation of a more peaceful, connected world by listening to young people and empowering their leadership.
Today, our programs are diverse and affirm the talents and passions of today's young people, organizations with visions for a brighter future, and Tomorrow's Present alumni to make the vision of a more peaceful, connected world a reality.

The Spark | 1998
YOUTH LEADERSHIP
Dr. Lisa-Marie Calderone-Stewart develops leaders through Tomorrow's Present research.
In 1998, Dr. Calderone-Stewart founded the highly influential Tomorrow's Present organization, developing youth leaders to teach and lead our communities, schools, and organizations.
Erica Weber Whitmore was one of hundreds of youth leaders mentored and inspired by Dr. Calderone-Stewart's vision of Tomorrow's Present until her passing in 2011.
In Dr. Calderone-Stewart's honor, we continue to engage youth in all aspects of Tomorrow's Present and donate profits to impactful youth leadership development initiatives.

Healthy organizations inspire passion, productivity, and purpose. Erica Weber Whitmore has been leading organizational change, leadership development, adult learning, and executive communications since 2012, when she graduated as an Alverno Inferno with a Master of Arts in Organizational Development.
Erica is a lifelong, continuous learner with credits in Masters of Business Administration coursework and Economics, as well as a Certificate in Digital Marketing.

FLOWERSMKE
Born out of a passion for community service during the COVID-19 pandemic, FlowersMKE is a family program connecting young people with neighbors who need help in their gardens.
Through this work, elders enjoy their garden spaces again and share their wisdom with the next generation while young people learn gardening, landscaping, and sustainability skills, and learn countless life lessons from neighbors.
